Ridge Carbide is a full service saw blade repair & sharpening center. We will return your dull, damaged, warped or wobbly sawblades back to you like new. And sometimes better than new, Guaranteed Satisfaction!
Return shipping for 1-4 blades: 1st blade $13.00, each additional $1.00 (subject to change)
Blade Identification:
Note that upon receipt of your blades, we will laser etch (permanent mark) your name on each blade. This insures your blades will be returned to you.
No Work Sawblade: If we find that a sawblade cannot be serviced economically due to:
1. Too many broken or missing teeth
2. Tips too short to be sharpened
3. Broken or missing shoulders
4. Other damage / issues
We will attempt to contact you via telephone and/or email. If we are unable to discuss this with you, we will SCRAP / RECYCLE the sawblade and it will not be returned to you. Also, as this blade cannot be sharpened, it will NOT "count" towards the minimum quantity required for return shipping.
Sharpening Process: Our standard sharpening process includes FACE grinding and TOP (Outside Diameter = OD) grinding. If you do not want OD grinding, please note this on your paperwork. Or give us a call to discuss.
Return Shipping Packaging:
Whenever possible, we will return your sawblades in the same packaging in which they were received. However, if the packaging is no longer suitable for return shipping, we will supply a new sawblade box which can be used for future shipping. The cost is $2.50 per 10" box and $3.00 for 12" box. Box charges will be included on your invoice.
