Order Processing & Shipping Times

We pride ourselves on fast and accurate order fulfillment.
Most in‑stock items ship within 1 business day of your order being placed.

  • Custom or variant bore sizes may require additional handling and can take up to 5 business days to ship.
  • Shipping timelines begin once your order has been processed, not including weekends or holidays.

For efficiency, we reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed by the same customer into a single shipment when applicable.


Promotional & Free Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, the shipping method used for promotional or free‑shipping offers is selected at our discretion.
In most cases, standard ground service is used for promotional shipments.


Returns

If you need to return an item, please ship it to:

Important return information:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.

For items valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking documentation.


Shipping Damage or Loss Claims

For shipments leaving our facility—as well as returns shipped back to us—the shipping carrier is responsible for loss or damage while in transit.

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the unopened package immediately.
  2. Contact your shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Customers are responsible for initiating and managing any loss or damage claims with the selected shipping provider.
